The Odalisque Dress. A meticulously cut, fluidly draped dress of bias crêpe, with a slashed asymmetrical cowl opening at the chest, and dramatically draped low cowl back. Featuring capped sleeves and a puddle train, and lined with organic bamboo charmeuse. Named after the 19th century marble sculpture by James Pradier which was noted for challenging certain conventional ideals surrounding the portrayal of sensual female nudes.
