Contact Us

If you would like to book a date to visit our York boutique please schedule an appointment using the button above.

For anything else please see our detailed FAQs section here, or drop us a line with any questions using the contact form.

*INCLUSIVITY* - We aim to be as welcoming and inclusive as we can, so please do let us know if you or a member of your party need any special considerations for neurodiversity, or anything else. We can turn the music off, or dim the lights, for example. Please tell us if there’s anything we can do to make you more comfortable. Read a short statement on inclusivity from our founder and designer Hayley here.

*ACCESSIBILITY*: We are ever so sorry, but accessibility to our showroom is limited, as we are on the third floor of a listed building, so there is no lift. We always book plenty of time for your appointment so there's no rush at all, so if you are able to attempt the stairs, please take your time. The stairs are not steep, but sadly there is no wheelchair access at all. If wheelchair access is required at your fitting, we can arrange it elsewhere at a place more convenient for you; please do not hesitate to contact us below to discuss options.

How to Find Us

Cromwell House is between the river and the railway station. Rolling In Roses occupies the entire top floor of number 31 and does not have a shop front; there is a big dark blue door with a brass plaque on the street instead. Please let yourself into the foyer and then press the buzzer for the third floor and we'll let you in.

Also, please be advised there is no lift so please do take your time in climbing the stairs. We always book plenty of time for your appointment so there's no rush at all! The stairs are not steep but since we are on the third floor of a listed building sadly there is no wheelchair access. If wheelchair access is required at your fitting we can always arrange it elsewhere at a place more convenient for you.

If you have a pushchair feel free to leave it at the bottom of the stairwell by the intercom.
