Real Bride Ella - The Custom Faith Dress

A custom take on The Faith Dress—reworked in champagne silk satin with refined necklines and a signature godet train.

In July 2024, our bride Ella married her husband Dan at Castlefield Rooms in Manchester, which is an industrial, stripped-back setting that doesn’t hide behind tradition, much like us at Rolling in Roses. All beautiful photographs captured by Claire McClean.

The Faith Dress caught Ella’s eye straight away, but she saw room to push it further—and we didn’t hesitate. The custom version featured a champagne tone, with raised front and back necklines to refine the silhouette, while keeping the original bias-cut structure, plunging V, and open low back. The signature train still flares from a centre back godet, complete with an internal wrist loop and ribbon ties—designed to move with her throughout the day

After the day, Ella shared a few heartfelt words about her experience:

“I'm happy to share some photos. I always like an opportunity to look back over them anyway!! Thanks again for an amazing dress!!”

This a reminder that what we do goes beyond the dress itself: a commitment to sustainability, to comfort, and making space for every custom decision—be it a new colour or reworked structure.
